In just 6 years we’ve grown our assets to over £5,000,000 in value with low leverage. This is a selection of our current portfolio:
HILTON FOLD, M24
1909
3
Prior to our acquisition, this Victorian house had been empty for over 5 years.
We spent 3 months renovating and invested tens of thousands of pounds modernising the internal layout to make a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with cellar, while keeping many of the period features.
TOWN CENTRE, M24
1850
3
An oasis close to the town centre, and one of Middleton’s oldest houses.
Complete with large cellars and many original features including a walk in feature granite fireplace and Yorkshire stone flooring throughout, this spacious house has an astro-turf garden and off-road parking for 2 vehicles.
TONGUE, M24
1935
2
Cosy mid terrace on a quiet cul-de-sac, and convenient for work in Middleton or Oldham, this pre-war property has a large 100ft floodlit back garden.
LARK HILL, M24
1891
2
Originally built at the turn of the century for mill workers at the nearby cotton mills, half of this Street was redeveloped in the late 1950’s turning our once mid-terrace house into an end-terrace.
We invested a significant sum in roofing, guttering and pointing.
Originally the property just had a rear yard, so we purchased land adjacent to deliver a secure rear garden making it a perfect family home.
TONGE, M24
1905
2
Close to Middleton’s historic parish church, this property benefits from a single story kitchen extension. A quirky shaped house offering 2 living rooms and a triangular shaped yard.
LARK HILL, M24
2020
2x 3
We acquired Greater Manchester’s first multi-unit A rated EPC development. Each property offers 3 bedrooms and an office, 3 bathrooms, 2 off-road parking spaces and a stunning lounge with roof windows and french doors opening out to a patio area which steps down to gardens.
The investment was focused on green homes for the future. Constructed from an innovative super insulated build material, south facing aspects are covered in solar PV. Plant was installed to efficiently convert the energy in hot air on the upper floors to hot water.
As a result, tenants’ energy bills are a third of similar sized ‘conventional’ homes.
CHEAPSIDE, M24
1936
3
One of the highest houses in Middleton, and a deceptively large house thanks to 3 cellar rooms and a 2-storey extension at the rear.
We invested a significant sum in an 8 week scheme renovating this property and improving the internal layout.
CHRIMES WOOD, OL12
1867
We invested in a section of woodland within the beautiful Healey Dell Nature Reserve in Rochdale, and renamed it ‘Chrimes Wood‘.
We invested tens of thousands of pounds rebuilding paths, river banks, commissioned tree surgery, planted hundreds of saplings and even designed and built a bridge crossing an old sluice.
The land has been registered with DEFRA’s Countryside Stewardship, who inspect annually and say they love our ethos of preserving the ancient woodlands for future generations.
